Skype for Business – Managing Contacts, Part One

Just like other messaging applications, Skype for Business contacts contain the online identities of the people whom you communicate with. In this course, students are shown how to add internal and external contacts, create contact groups, move contacts to existing groups, add contacts to the Favorites group, and delete contacts and contact groups.
